I am deeply saddened to hear of Tom's passing. I did not know Tom personally but I am reminded of one of my first teaching and learning conferences at LMU and a session that Tom and Sandra led. It was different, challenging, thought provoking, vibrant, full of energy, friendly and inclusive. That experience remains with me. My condolences to Tom's loved ones, my thoughts are with you.
